Introduction

International Conference on Rehabilitation and Maintenance in Civil Engineering (ICRMCE) is a triennial conference to provide a forum for researchers, academicians (lecturers and students), government agencies, consultants, and contractors to exchange experiences, technological advancement and innovation related to rehabilitation and maintenance in civil engineering. The upcoming 4th conference in July 11-12, 2018 will be reconvened taking a theme of "Smart Rehabilitation and Maintenance in Civil Engineering for Sustainable Construction". The relevant areas related to this theme has been listed here.

The first, second, and third ICRMCE were held successfully in 2009, 2012, and 2015 respectively. Those events were attended by hundreds of researchers in different areas of civil engineering; material, structural, geotechnical, transportation, and/or construction management from all over the world presenting their papers. The proceeding of the previous conferences were published in collaboration with Procedia Engineering of Elsevier (2nd ICRMCE) and Applied Mechanic and Material of TransTech Publication (3rd ICRMCE) For the upcoming event, the committee of the 4th ICRMCE would like to propose an online publication in the MATEC Web of Conferences by EDP. Publication in the Matec Web of Conferences is indexed by major database such as Scopus, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), Compendex (Engineering Village), Conference Proceedings Citation Index (Web of Science), DOAJ, EBSCO (EBSCO Discovery Service), Google Scholar, Inspec, Polymer Library, Materials Science & Engineering Database (ProQuest), SciTech Premium Collection (ProQuest), Technology Collection (ProQuest).
