This laboratory supports instructional activities in the area of bitumen and asphalt mixture characterization. Research on innovative pavement material and pavement performance analysis and evaluation is also served in the lab. It also serves the community in designing pavement, evaluating existing pavement performance, as well as providing consultation and technical advice.
